What is the refund or cancellation policy?
Custom Commissions and Print orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, cancellations and refunds are not available because I begin to process orders as soon as possible.
If you receive your final piece and aren’t fully happy, please reach out—I truly want you to love your artwork.
How long will my order take?
Orders usually take 1-2 days to process and ship.
Custom Commissions can take up to 2 weeks with 1-2 days processing and shipping.
For mail club members, shipping may take slightly longer depending on the month’s items.
What should I do if my address changes?
Email me directly, and I'll change it as soon as possible!
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
What if my order arrives damaged or is missing items?

When are Mail Club letters shipped out?
Letters will be shipped out on the 25th so you get them in time for the upcoming month.
